A Theological Summary:

We believe a commitment to the authority of the Bible and Lordship of Jesus Christ is essential to leadership and ministry in a postmodern world. We also hold to the historic Christian doctrines of salvation by grace through faith, the substitutionary atonement, and the death, burial and resurrection and second coming of Jesus Christ. We believe healthy churches can only be led by healthy leaders. Our ministry cooperates with all Christians committed to the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.
